Call for offers of future venues for the annual WMS congress

Any members of the Society who wish to host a WMS congress in 2013 and onwards, should first send their letter of intent. The groups who have already submitted an application need not repeat it, but can add an addendum if they wish. A set of guidelines for the benefit of organisers of future meetings is available upon request from the WMS Secretary.  Preliminary letters of intent can be sent to the secretary  at any time with a more detailed submission in time for the Spring meeting of the executive board in April 2010.
